Had no idea your journey had taken such a twist. How emotionally exhausting and frightening for your hearts. I will be praying for peace of mind for you and an as swift an outcome as possible with the system. Our situation with our brand new little peanut seems to be quite similar...no one at the agency expects a different outcome, "this is as close to 100% guarantee as you can ever get with the system." Trying to create a type of "fourth trimester" for her to learn to feel safe as she never had that feeling of security in the womb. They teach us to put some guards in place.for.our hearts because you never know, but how can you really? How can we love them the way they deserve, fully and completely, without opening ourselves up to pain? And oh that cutting pain...it is worth it because they are. How can we ever regret having loved a child? Especially these who may have otherwise gone without love. I may be scared of getting hurt, but I am more scared of what I'm ght happen to them if I don't put myself in a position to do so.Hallehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05702814185743462717noreply@blogger.com
